The film The Revenant is an interesting tale based on a true story and Leonardo DiCaprio does a very good job. Some people may find the movie too slow or long but I enjoyed the wide sweeping shots and the beautiful nature that was on display. My only disappointment with this release is a lack of special features. The blu-ray includes a documentary about the making of the film but nothing else, no commentaries or deleted scenes etc. The documentary itself is okay but I feel like there is a lot more that I'd like to know about this film but it just wasn't included.

This is a very well done movie. I really enjoyed it from the start to the finish. While certain aspects of the movie seem to be a bit of a stretch, that is overshadowed by the energy of the movie.

I bought it because I loved the photography at this movie ansd is great to watch it in 4K!

Fantastic movie. Full of adventure, drama action. A movie that I wish I had seen on the big screen.

Never was a Leo fan, but the authenticity of this movie and the grit won me over.

Not really sure if this is Leo's best work but the cinematography is worth it alone. Buy.
