This contemporary version of the classic tale of a hapless day dreamer rose above my expectations. Stiller's Mitty is less the hapless individual and more the common everyman caught in the wheels of progress(?) while knowing things could have been, should have been different. His unplanned and unexpected quest to find a missing film negative opens him to a world he had only dreamed about.

One of my favorite films. First time I watched it I thought it was ok but the 2nd to the 200th time I realized it was fantastic.

This was movie made out of the short story The secret life of Walter Mitty. It was very entertaining and fun to watch.

Entertaining movie about a cautious man who gets pulled out of his shell and begins to experience life more fully.

We watched it as a family and loved it. It's artistically done with so many beautiful scenes. Highly recommend it.

My wife and I really enjoyed this movie. Not an action movie like I normally like, but I found myself relating to story.

I first saw this movie as a rental and I had to own it afterwards. It is an excellent story and in some ways reminds me of myself.

This film got pretty mediocre reviews, but honestly I really liked it. Very creative, interesting, and inspiring.

I thought the movie was amazing. The cinematography was great. Iceland and Greenland were breathtaking and served as a great back drop.

Great motivational movie which I can watch over and over. The only downside is the extra content on the disc is not very impressive.
