Ben Stiller was fine in an otherwise forgettable film.

Not what i expected, movie is kind of slow and seems to go no where

A nobody finds within himself the huxpah to accomplish an amazing journey.

This movie does not stand up to the original with Danny Kay.

Typical Ben Stiller movie... I won't get that $20 and 2 hours back. Should have made Tropic Thunder 2!! TT was the only good movie he has made.

Was dissapointed in this movie. If you want to see this movie get it cheap. For me movie was a little dumb. I gave my copy away.

This movie is absolutely amazing!! Loved it, saw it 3 years ago with a friend and it is a movie I will cherish! Ben Stiller is a genius!

I would not classify this as a comedy. It is an uplifting adventure drama. Yes there are some parts, mostly in the beginning, which made me chuckle a little, but over-all it is a simple story of a man who wants to do more but is stuck in an average world with an average job. He constantly day-dreams these extravagant stories and it is very entertaining. Where the movie get's really enjoyable is when he stops day-dreaming and actually living his life. Very positive story. Ben Stiller did a fantastic job of acting and directing. Kristen Wiig was also charming as usual. It is rated PG, however they do say s*** and d*** in it, in that order. Don't let the PG rating deter you from watching this movie, it is not geared toward kids, but it will be enjoyable for everyone. The PQ is very good and crystal clear throughout the film. The AQ is also extremely good. Over-all a highly recommended film to purchase on Blu-ray. Well worth it and I'll watch it many times again.

This purchase was another blind buy. It was on sale for under $5.00 so I thought I couldn't go wrong. I was right! The movie is outstanding. Ben Stiller does a great job. His imagination is great. You can really relate to the character. All you can do is cheer Walter on and give him encouragement all through out the movie. I love the adaptation of the old James Thurber's short story.

I remember watching the original Danny Kaye film on VHS with my grandmother. This one is very different, but not bad at all. I think I actually like it more. Ben Stiller finally has a chance to get more out of life and he takes it. Good message for everybody.

Walter Mitty is a dreamer who lives a boring life but always imagines himself doing fun and daring things. Finally after something goes missing he has to go on a real life adventure to find it. It's a fun uplifting movie about living life to the fullest.

I love the line Sean Penn delivers in the end of the movie when he finally catches a glimpse of a rare find (animal), but opts not to take the shot, but just appreciate the moment. Inspiring movie to do & be more in life....

An exceptional movie about inner strength leading to discovery. When we have the opportunity to experience LIFE, we always put it on hold, Walter experiences LIFE just as it seems everything around him is crumbling and comes out triumphant.
