Wow! Great film! Not for everyone though!

I can definitely see why people are so dismissive of the movie and it’s premise. I treated the film as a fairy tale told on screen; the film feels that magical. If you love GDT films, than you’ll love this one. Visually incredible! Very well acted: I was rooting for Richard Jenkins for Beat Supporting Actor. The makeup and design of the creature alone, is worth the price of admission. The 4K transfer is spectacular. Every color pops on screen. Especially every detail on the creature. The special features also help flush out the ideas GDT was going for. If you have a skeptical friend who didn’t like the film that much, try showing them some of the BTS stuff (Behind The Scenes)
