“The Shining” is without a doubt a masterpiece in every sense. The film delivers with thrills and horror unlike anything compared to today’s horror films.

Although the blu-ray is the same as previous released this is a great looking steelbook which is a must add for steelbook collectors and for Kubrick fans.

I love this old movie. I also like the doctor sleep movie. They’re both good and now in 4K! Should definitely pick this up

If you like crazy scary, then you will love this movie. Jack Nicholson is great! This is the original version, I recommend this to anyone who likes Jack Nicholson and scary movies.

I love Stephan King and even though he hated this movie adaption of his book I thought it was pretty good. Worth owning.

Great film played by a great Jack Nicholson. This film has imagery that left me thinking Kubrick had more to say than just the obvious that the film portrays. But what....

is what always is the best part of the movie. I have the special edition myself but my teenaged niece begged for her own copy. And well, all work and no play does make Jack a dull boy.

The shinning looks great in 4k. Especially the mountain landscape scenes in the beginning.

What can be said about The Shining that hasn’t been said a million times over. Truly a MASTERPIECE of not only horror but cinema.
