The quality on this movie is unreal. I’ve seen it on VHS, DVD, Blu-ray. 4K makes it look like a brand new movie 10/10

Excellent to see in 4K. This was such a scary movie in 1980. Still today this movie will give you the chills. The music and the scenes are classic scary.

This is a great set with good special features, and the digital restoration is amazing. Recommend for anyone that wants a newer, amazingly clear, version.

I've watch this movie many times over the years and it never gets old. Now this has the best picture and sound of any version before it. A must have!

Here's Johnny!!! What a classic movie this is. I got it on sale and have not regretted it. The quality of the movie as a story and visually are stunning. If I had the money, I would buy it again for my friends!

I just recently started collecting 4K Blu Rays and this was my first purchase! Watched it for the first time the day I bought it and loved it.

A psychological thriller that bends and warps your mind and emotional state until you're so gratefully confused at how you feel when it's over.

This how horror and suspense should be done. A classic for the ages. Very excellent film making as well. Jack Nicholson is great. Highly recommended.

I bought this with Doctor Sleep and watched both in one night and I can tell that 4K makes a huge difference in these older classics

The shining definitely falls into the top five of all classic horror movies of all time! The project was well-done from beginning to the end and Jack Nicholson did an awesome job!

They don't make them like this anymore. A horror film that swims in your head for months after you watch it. Nicholson's finest hour. You should check in to The Overlook Hotel. But don't Use room 222.

After watching this movie multiple times, it is still very eerie to me. Stanley Kubrick is a genius. This is a must have for any Kubrick/horror fan. The story is top notch, and the aq/pq is outstanding.

A timeless classic and one of the greatest horror films of all time. A must-see by fans of the genre and of great cinema in general.

This is one of Kubrick's best in my opinion. Captures the feeling of isolation very well. Killer performance from jack nicholson and Shelley Duvall.
