My 6 year old loves this movie. Big "NO" for Mom. A heads up for adults, this movie is absolute torture to sit down and watch.

Purchase has not been opened yet. Christmas present for my 3 year old grandson, Sure he's going to love it.

This movie was by in large a disappointment. It had some good moments but did not live up to the hype.

It entertains my 3 yo. What more can I ask for. -Dad trying to find a minute of peace and quite.

This was a big let down from the first movie. The story line was all over the place with too many regular characters missing. The Pirate was korny and not believable. The adult humor was missing and older kids thought it was silly and a bit stupid. We all love Sponge Bob the cartoon and the first movie , but they missed the boat on this movie.

I was really excited to see this but it just didn't live up to the show.

It's a kids movie, my grandkids liked it, they gave it a 3 1/2.

Consider this an act of kindness. If you have any regard for the Spongebob franchise - and you do or you wouldn't be reading this - do NOT buy this movie. Having said that, anybody want to buy a pre-owned copy? Used only once.

Where do I start, this movie was no where near as good as the previous spongeBob movie. It was actually hard for me to continue to watch it as it got so slow and boring. This time sponge bob was out of the water too long and dried up.

ok so i bought it for my daughter because she is obsessed with spongebob, but honestly i wish i could return it not worth it.

My kids love this movie. From age 3 to 10. They equally get excited to watch sponege bob movies. They laugh so hard, the cutest thing

I was skeptical but they really pulled off a clever little movie that kept the spirit of the Spongebob show but, unlike the first Spongebob movie, made the transition to the longer format. In fact, this movie was as enjoyable as the first one was disappointing. Clever puns, great dialogue and creative storytelling made this more than just a longer episode of the TV show. While some diehard fans may have been disappointed that the pirate character wasn't "Patchy", it didn't detract from the overall enjoyability (is that a word?) of the film. This may not be as great for those who didn't grow up with Spongebob or had kids who grew up with Spongebob but as the latter I enjoyed it thoroughly.

My family and I saw this movie in 3D in theaters and laughed all the way through. So naturally we had to buy the blue ray combo pack when it went on sale. I'm so glad we did! The clarity of the blue ray just adds to our viewing enjoyment. The movie is one of my favorites! My 4 year old son, 12 year old daughter and 40 year old husband love it as well!

They have been asking for the movie since they saw it in the theater. Grabbed this so they can watch on the big TV as well as on their tablets (with headphones TYVM!), although I wasn't super pleased with having to sign up with a service just to get the digital download. Happy with my purchase overall though.
