Sir Roger at his Bond best

Along with Goldfinger, The Spy Who Loved Me is regarded as the highpoint of the Bond franchise, and rightly so. Both films have great plots, great villains, great leading & supporting ladies, wonderful music, cool gadgets, and hair-raising suspense. An interesting coincidence- both films are the respective 3rd outings for Sir Sean & Sir Roger as Bond. "Nobody Does it Better" indeed.

    Best Bond Film EVER!!

This is, without a doubt, the best Bond film ever. It has the best Bond (Roger Moore), the best Bond Girl (Barbara Bach), and the best henchman (Richard Kiel as "Jaws"). Curt Jurgens is also good as the villain Karl Stromberg. Overall, the best Bond film ever!!!!!!!!!

Yet another nice blu-ray Bond upgrade

Compared to the DVD, this is a very nice 1080p/AVC-encoded transfer, providing some amazing details not seen before on the DVD. As in almost all of the Bond blu-ray upgrades, grain looks natural, blacks are solid, and contrast is perfect. Highly recommended as an upgrade

solid bond flick. one of Roger Moore's better outings before he aged too much to play the role as well. Unfortunately I never jived enough with Rogers' foppish portrayal of bond to make it one of my favorites

One of the better of the Roger Moore Bond movies. It introduces one of the more fun henchmen, Jaws, to the Bond canon. Great gadgets and special effects. Pure cheesy fun and action.
