Damaged steelbook

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Damaged Product, Terrible Customer Service

A big point of getting SteelBooks is collecting so when they come damaged it really ruins the point. Best Buy decided to offer me a discount of $1. That's it. Talk about quality customer service.

Best Buy exclusive with Best Buy customer “care”

Nope. Box cutter right on the spine of the case. No replacements. $3 apology was all that was offered and I declined. I really have limites my purchases at BB lately, this is just one of many reasons why.

One of my Favorite Movies of All Time! :D
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As soon as I heard the movie was premiering on my birthday on April 7th, and even though it changed to the 5th, I had to go and watch it and I don't regret it at all! I've watched it 5 times already, even in 3D in a theater near my home town! Too bad I don't believe the DVDs are being released in 3D though. To me, The Super Mario Bros Movie and Back to the Future are my favorite movies of all time! :D

Definitely packed with action, comedy, adventure and so much more. Fantastic film to see with the little ones too!
