My favorite Sci-Fi horror movie of all time. John Carpenter at his best. A must to own in your collection

A classic film. The original blu-ray already looked good, but this is a significant upgrade.

The newer version of this movie sucks, but this older version is a classic. No issue with order or shipping.

John Carpenter definitely had his finger on the pulse of horror films back in the late 70s and early 80s. The Thing with Kurt Russel is probably as good today as when it came out. With the new 4k presentation this should be next to Halloween 4k in your collection.

For the price on sale, and on 4k, it was basically a steal, love Kurt Russell, love John carpenter.

I watched this for the first time last year and it has become one of my favorite movies. This is a fun release version of the film.

Awesome movie. Looks great in 4k. Hard to believe it came out in 1982. This is a classic in my opinion. Steelbook is nice.

One of my all time favorite horror science fiction movies. I owned the previous blu ray but this special edition looks and sounds better than original. A must own for the fans of " The Thing ".

The Thing is a classic and this release does it justice in terms of transfer and supplemental materials.
