100% nostaligia. I loved and watched Transformers when I was a kid and now this new 4KUHD release is out and it looks amazing.

Great animation for that era. Excellent steel book. Absolutely love it. Look forward new one. Long overdue. One can only hope.

As a child I watched this 100 times, as an adult.... the same! Love the steelbook collection, looks great in the hall of movies. Blu ray looks sick!

This movie looks so much better now than it did 35 years ago. A must have for a die hard fan of this classic movie!

Great movie, great packaging. A lot of good special features. This movie is still better than any of the Michael Bay movies.

There's no denying the movie itself is a classic! A+ Soundtrack is also legendary! A+ Packaging of the steelbook and price I bought it for is A+ too However, and I'm watching on a 4K TV, the picture and sound even of the lossless track is subpar in my opinion. I really can't tell how this is remastered. Only other negative thing is digital copy is neither UV or iTunes so buyer beware for that.

for anyone who has seen any of the dvd editions, I believe there were 2 or 3, non of them live up to the new anniversary edition. The colors or much more vibrant and the sound is clear...well worth it

I have this movie in VHS that I bought in the early 90's and it doesn't look bad on the old tube TV. But man, they did a great job remastering this on Blu Ray! It looks and sounds great!

I am a Transformer fan! I love this movie and it brings back memories of me watching when I was growing up.

I have always been a fan of the Transformers, and to revisit this action packed almost historical saga into the heart and the bepth of the Transformers storyline and plot, is absolutely priceless.

I had fond memories of this movie from my childhood, so getting the chance to buy it in steelbook was a great treat. Still love this movie.

The 4k transfer really pops! Cleans up some of the grain from the previous bluray release. Definitely worth the upgrade!!

If you grew up lamenting the death of Optimus Prime you will not regret this. Amazing high definition transfer to blue ray. The Best Buy exclusive metal case is pricey but well worth the purchase.

Forget Bay's Transformers movies this is by far the best Transformers movie of all time.. With some cool extra features, digital hd and a really cool steelbook this is a must have..

Any child of the 80s should be picking this up. Even if you own it on VHS or DVD, this blu-ray’s quality exceeds them all! And the steel book is pretty awesome for collectors!
