Received without shrink wrap, corners of putter box dented in and one of the cases’s hinges were broken. It was a gift, and it sucked to give a battered and broken gift. I didn’t have time to return it and even if I tried it was sold out so no hopes of getting anything else. I just wished they had warned me of the condition. Thanks I guess.

BestBuy does this thing that they’ve always done really well… anytime you preorder an item they will be releasing, something goes wrong. Their customer service department couldn’t care less. Not really sure how a shipment to your house gets delayed but all 3 locations have the item in stock (I understand shipping issues happen but considering the number of comments expressing the same issue doesn’t add up).

I understand delays happen. I'm used to them. But Best Buy has this very nasty habit of delaying pre-orders when the product is available in the store right up the way. You can't cancel and reorder either; you just have to put up with it. Poor priorities. I guess it's good they're getting out of the bluray business because they aren't very good at it or customer oriented.

I preordered this boxset weeks ago only to get a “your order is delayed’ message on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Also the price apparently went down $10 after I had already preordered. Terrible service all around, but afterall its best buy so I shouldn’t be surprised

Worst preorder experience ever. Pre-ordered 9/19/23. The day of, it gets delayed. To add on top of that it is in sale for $10 off. So preordering gets you punished, by charging you the non-sale full price AND you do not receive on release day. Terrible experience

I pre-ordered this the day it was announced. Like everyone else told it is delayed somehow when you have known of everyones orders for 2 months. Then on top of it you put it on sale on actual release. Very cool Best Buy!

Sucks, when you do a pre-order and wait and wait just for Best-Buy to cancel my order. Sucks

Never will preorder anything from best buy again. I paid ten dollars more then everyone who picked it up on release day. And have to wait till who knows when to get the one i ordered weeks ago.

Preordered, received a delay email on release day. Come to the website and find it’s available for $10 off at my local store, but I can’t cancel the delayed preorder. Poor form, Best Buy.

Pre ordered as soon as it was announced. I received a notification it was delayed when it should have been well on its way. It almost feels pointless to preorder.

This will be my last purchasse from BB as a loyal consumer. Nothing ever comes in anymore by the releaae date. If it does come in. Its damaged.

It came broken one of the steel books was broken in half.
