Amazing movie :) Love the art on the cover I recommend

This is a truly fun and enjoyable action comedy--Nicolas Cage's best film in a very long time. Cage plays himself (really a caricature of himself) poking fun at himself by portraying Nick Cage as an self-centered, totally clueless jerk who is massively in debt and to pay his bills takes an offer to appear at a foreign millionaire's home over a weekend for a million dollars. While there, the CIA contacts him and asks Cage to help them free a politician's daughter who they tell him has been kidnapped and is being held on the property to influence an election. Cage gets to play the action hero he's previously played only in movies in real life! Funny, scary, endlessly fun, I loved this movie massively. The best action comedy I've seen in years!

Actually, I seriously thought of returning this, but VERY happy I didn’t! Amazing film with great characters who demand that we see so much more than we expected! Cage surprised me right away with his over the top acting style, and Pascal demonstrated his ability to go waaay outside of the role he was given. Tiffany Haddish also surprised me with her performance as well (not at all the first time for her). I’ll have to enjoy this film several times more to get the deepest meaning out of its many nuanced details! This (surprisingly) is a winner!

This is one film that sounded like it was going to be another terrible Nic Cage throwaway, but it turned out to be terrifically entertaining action comedy. Cage seems to be having a ball lampooning his image, playing Nic Cage, moviestar, hired by a South American millionaire (Pedro Pascal) to make a celebrity appearance at his house party. What ensues is a clever spoof of just about every over-the-top Cage movie of the past thirty years.

Okay a little bit slow at times but still a good movie by Cage

It wasn't what we expected, but we're so glad we went to see it, we would really recommend it. It's funny, and energetic, it zips along, there isn't a single dull moment in movie, you don't need to be a fan or a critic, this movie is just really worth your time....

Seemed like a bit of a stretch for a movie story line but it works. You will need to watch this twice just to catch the veiled (and not so veiled) homages to classic Nicolas Cage movies. This is one of the funniest films I have seen in a long time.

If you're a fan of Nic Cage, this is the film for you. Even if you've only seen a couple of his films, the self-depricating punchlines throughout this movie paired with the legendary Nic+Javi bromance is reason enough to buy this movie.

This a wonderful comedy/action film. Its clever and pretty unique since Nicholas Cage is actually playing the Hollywood Version of himself in it. I recommend checking this film out!

Really funny story, we liked it a lot! Nicholas Cage is playing himself as an actor, and his career is up in the air… I don’t want to spoil the story. It’s a good one.

Great fun. I was not quite sure how I liked it until the second half, had action but it was the interplay between characters that made it good. Picture and sound was what you'd expect from a 4k disk.

Nic Cage fans will find a lot to like with this latest effort that doesn't take itself too seriously and is serious fun. Cage is clearly having a blast with the material and is back on top!

Nick Cage playing Nick Cage, what could be better? Funny and entertaining def. worth a purchase if you find it on sale, otherwise i would rent it. Not sure ill ever watch it again.

It's a good 4K and all that what can you say. The movie itself is surprisingly good. I wasn't sure what to expect going in and this was one of those purchases I made on a whim.

Very underated. Good to see Nic Cage playing a version of himself. Script was pretty standard but overall enjoyed it. Good quirky popcorn flick.

Movie was great but not for young children. There are so many curse words in every scene. I lost count after about 100. But still a great movie.

Nic Cage is having a blast here, and we are having a blast with him in this film that is very meta and fun. Highly recommended!

I had high hopes for this craziness and I wasnt dissapointed! Cage is even cooler playing an amped up version of himself. Awesome!
