Well, that was pretty great. One of the best seasons of the entire show and I can honestly say I enjoyed every episode. It seems a change of showrunner can make all the difference - thanks Angela Kang. Rick's exit was really well done - I do understand the helicopter cop-out gripes - and it led to a well placed time-jump. The season constantly felt fresh and actually had consistent story-telling and a formidable villain in the Whisperers, namely Alpha. I liked all the new characters and actually thought Henry was a lot better than Carl - Lydia and her identity crisis was very well handled and Morton was excellent throughout. The Calm Before was a necessary gut-punch, and produced one of the most shocking moments I've seen on TV for awhile - the score was incredible, too. The finale was also very beautifully done, and it was a change of pace to actually have snow incorporated. Can't believe I'm saying it...but here's to season 10!

I'm not gonna lie to you. This is a rough season to get through. There are lots of deaths and other losses, and time jumps that leave you wondering what happened in between for several episodes before you get an explanation. However, as a fan of the comic series, I really enjoyed the way they worked the Whisperers into the show. This season has several surprises that a casual viewer may not have even considered dealing with in a zombie apocalypse.

Can’t believe walking dead is going on it’s 10th season. With a dramatic season 9 that just ended witnessing the exit of rick grimes, I didn’t think the series would recover but it ended on a good note. So owning season 9 is a must since I’m an avid collector. Unfortunately they didn’t do a steel book for season 9 which is a disappointment since they had a steelbook for the other 8 season. But still a great season to own overall.

I am a 9 year Walking Dead Fan! This 9th Season is one to watch again and again! The Series just keeps getting better and better!! If you're not a fan yet, this Series will get you started for sure. You'll just have to start from Season 1 and work your way up from there to get the full picture of this Outstanding Series!!

I can always count on Best Buy for the best products and the best service. The dvd is in inaccurate news condition and the professionalism with helping me get it was without question! Amazing! I love the walking dead and have every season and all my collection was purchased at Best Buy!

This bone chilling,crunching, and very much so thrilling season of great characters you love to see are back for more. This time meeting a threat. Something like never never before. Can they survive. Only way to know is to pick up the season. In my opinion the show was good.

Video looks great. Bonus material is really good. If you're a fan, this is a must own. HOWEVER, if possible, wait for a sale or Black Friday price reduction before purchasing. As good as it is, it's still not worth the $43+ I spent on it. Pick it up when the price dips under $30.

A new season a new enemy they keep coming up with new enemy's besides the hoards of zombies and new plot twists and turns I don't want to say to much and spoil it for you but if you liked the other seasons you will like this one I can't wait for season 10 to come out on blu-ray

Well the guy on the cover ..... no spoilers here. I just think the series is trying to wrap up and end. So... with that said this season was not my favorite and many others feel the same as I do... that the show has lost direction and what made it great seems to have been forgotten. Oh well all good things come to an end sooner or later. I purchased to complete my collection of the series.

Many might be disappointed at Rick Grime's departure but it was time for a change and it opens up many new possibilities. And this season we got zombies in the snow! The show was close to getting stale and I think this new season has rejuvenated the premise.

If you're a fan of the show, this is a must-get. Granted, you may have already seen the season, but the picture and sound were much better coming from the blu-ray. Nice touch to get a digital copy as well since other networks don't provide for this.

Season 9 picks up the pace and brings new characters and storylines into play. If you stopped watching in earlier seasons because you got bored or thought the writing and pacing was not up to par, come back into the TWD fold. You need to watch!

You can't go wrong with TWD seasons 1 through 9. It's the complete deal. Not really sure about the new writing staff going forward but if you own ALL the previous seasons. buy this one to complete your collection. Then consider it done ...

The Walking Dead Season 9 is a great return to what made the series groundbreaking in the first place. After spending too much time on the Saviors story arc, Season 9 takes an interesting turn that rejuvenates what had made the series stale.

In a world where the dead outnumber the living each survived is precious. However, human nature pits the the strong against the weak. Only by coming together, making compromise and even sacrifices can they hope to build a better future.

Though my husband watches the season when it's on TV, he says he gets so much more from the story in watching it a second time on DVD. Worth the second watch and easy to binge or an episode at a time while walking on the treadmill.

The 4 stars for this Season are compared to the earlier seasons. Walking dead has gone down hill a bit, especially in this season. It feels like much of the content is more filler than thriller, but it still has it's moments. It's worth watching if you are invested into the series and I think blu ray is probably the best platform to watch it with.

Huge fan of the series....so bad that we have a movie marathon watching it...on weekdays after work till 1am then we get up at 5am go to work and do it again for 2 more days!!! Only complaint is the volume on this series too. At times it becomes almost silent so you hear nothing and have to revert to subtitles before the volume is there again.

Season 9 was one of the best season for TWD to date. As we all know the previous 2-3 seasons has been slow, boring, and repetitive. Too bad this season 9 wasn't available in BestBuy's exclusive lenticular sleeve cover.
