Great storylines throughout the season. A must have

A great season and very exciting! I really enjoyed it.

I liked the first five episodes of season 9 of the Walking Dead--culminating in the exit of main character Rick Grimes--but the rest of the season slid slowly into sad irrelevance. Why? None of the other actors can be a series lead (except maybe Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan--who is always stellar). New show-runner Angela Kang is ruining The Walking Dead. The new "females first" agenda on The Walking Dead stretches to include new main villain Alpha and her Whisperers (who masquerade as zombies to survive). The first five episodes of season nine I would give four stars, the rest of the episodes get (far) less stars.

The walking dead series is getting too long now. They have to end it. I bought it because I have the season 1 to season 8 blu rays and needed to get this because i will have a missing season on my collection.

I have watched this series since the beginning, but they should probably find a way to end it. I got this to complete my collection, but will admit to it not being must see tv anymore.

Yes, The Walking Dead is the zombie soap opera I haven't given up on yet. In Season 9 they breathed new life into the show with a time jump, transitions in lead characters and a new villian! But I am only giving this release from Best Buy- 4 stars because they didn't offer an exclusive lenticular Best Buy version of the cover. I have tediously went out of my way to collect and in some cases re-purchase some seasons just to have a complete lenticular collection of Blu-rays and Best Buy stopped doing them?! Why Best Buy, why?

Even after the departure of Rick The show still finds a way to keep your interest still worth a watch. New enemies and new romances arise looking forward for the new season 10 to start up

This season was hard to watch. Especially with so many likeable characters being killed off at the same time in such brutal fashion. I felt violated. I mean this the world of the Walking Dead and things like this happen, but this was so sudden and vicious that it didn't make it easier. Still, it is an addictive show and I will always tune in.

Walking Dead series has well developed characters and ever evolving story lines. This season fell flat for me though. Major turn of events, so much that the story was disjointed.

After a certain fan-favorite character's brutal death, I gave up on watching The Walking Dead. But I've slowly been coming around to watching the show again and it's actually been getting interesting again. Granted it's not Seasons 1-4 level of awesomeness, but it's still a good watch!

This is a good series, love TWD just as a personal comment not as.good as the previous seasons, but Blu-Ray quality is pretty good

Been watching since day 1. Love the show. Good price on this, couldnt' pass it up. Packaging was fine and in good condition. Plays perfectly. Just 3 or 4 more season I think and I'll have the whole set, minus the upcoming seasons of course.

Still an excellent series. Enjoy the struggle with not only surviving, but building a future for all mankind.

This is the next in series, for the sale purchase price it is fine, but I would not want to pay more for it.

Not a bad season, picks up a littler better than the previous season. Has pretty good features. Enjoyed.

It seems like each season that WD drags on, the worse it gets. Stop at season 7, and call it a good run.

This season is some of the best storytelling this show has had in years! So glad they promoted Angela Kang. I can watch those first 5 episodes multiple times. I haven't thought TWD has had much rewatchability since season 3 or 4.

I have every season of The Walking Dead on disc. Its a good show and I always enjoy going back and watching old episodes. Definitely worth the purchase if you are old school like me and like hard disc.

Season 9 of TWD feels like The Walking Dead again. After the previous 2 seasons slowed things down to get through the Savior's War season 9 gets back to the action and horror that made the show popular in the first place
