The movie was amazing!! I loved every second. It was beautifully made. Acting was on par. I loved it! Too bad most other people didn't like it. The rotten tomatoes said the critics loved it but the audience hated it. It's well worth the watch if your into folklore or witches in general! Beautiful story!

VVitch is a slow movie and that is okay as it builds a strong sense of dread. Nice ending too

Let's just cut to the chase: The Witch is not only one of the best horror films of 2016, it's also one of the best films of 2016. A psychological horror that elicits a physical reaction is rare. A first-rate cast paired with a stunning original, historically accurate story. It should not be missed.

This is a very good movie, but the pacing is very slow so I can see why some people don't like it.

I love how scary it is. I also enjoy the hidden meaning of Feminism, that is portrayed in the movie.

This movie is so very interesting.IF you like folk tales and this one is scary as well.OUTSTANDING acting,great scenery,authentic clothing and setting....very believable folk tale....I have watched it several times since I purchased it....and will watch it several times more...very good actors.

This is not your average horror movie. It might be a little slow for some, but it's very original.

This was an excellent movie, it had many true aspects, the language used was authentic for the time and place. The characters were excellent and well developed. The movie was a gem, not the kind of movies I see everyday.

The Witch is a unique horror film. Quiet and reserved, it is a dark tale that works as the slowest burn, but its creepy atmosphere seeps into every second of the film. Some of the dialogue may be tough to follow at times, but the mood of this movie more than makes up for it.

This is about as disturbing as they come. Not a blood and gets horror but will give you the chills.
