Good Halloween purchase. Scary. Did not like the previews you can not bypass

Scary movies of today are so intense. I bit all my nails off watching this one.

I really enjoyed this movie. Not everyone will feel the same about it but i liked it.

honstly the baby being killed and shiz messed me up didnt continue watching

The Witch is hands down one of my favorite horror films of 2015, and also one of the best movies of that year as well. Beautifully shot, acted, and directed, this folk tale of a Puritan family torn apart by their sins will haunt you well after the final frame.

Haunting and suspenseful. Was filled with dread and tension from start to finish. Cinematography was beautiful and the cast was great especially the little boy. Almost didn't buy it -thought it was another Hollywood's take on witches, but I'm glad I did.

psychological horror, you need the proper sensitivity in order to understand it.

Movie was good but not too scary. Expected more, but overall , excellant story line

One of the most unusual movies to come down the pike, a horror movie set in a time when people were different. This was a Christmas gift for my son, whose tastes are becoming increasingly esoteric. Features a memorable performance from a big black billy goat.

I heard a lot of people didn't like this movie, I think they probably were expecting another "Blair Witch 2". I however watched it with not ever seeing a preview or anything of sorts and I was really entertained by this simple and original story.

its not too much, but if you like the movie its enough, good movie and quality

So I was super pumped to see this in theaters. Haven't been this scared since I watched the Exorcist when I was a kid. This movie not only tests your patience, it messes with you like you and before you know it, the pay off. I need more movies like this.

If you are into horror this is a no brainer. Slow burn so be aware.

The movie is a little slow but it keeps you awake to find out who is the witch.

Intense story telling that will keep you watching. I would recommend!
