Issues with connection cables.

Only thing I didn’t like is that I had to purchase a regular hdmi because the ones it came with did not fit on the pc or gaming monitor. I thought that was very inconvenient due to paying almost 800. Other than that, my son is enjoying it and has had no issues yet.

Don’t ever use FedEx

I was able to see it through my video cam at the front door. When I opened the box, all the glass is shattered, and I had to return the item back to Best Buy.

WORST PRESENT EVER!!!

I took it to Best Buy, but they refused to repair or exchange it, even though the return period was only one day past, and the product has a one-year warranty. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of customer service. I expect better from a reputable store like Best Buy!

Stealing money by inserting wrong parts

They did not give any spec books , so you don't know what product you are getting, what is the model name. When I checked the parts and asked live agent, they can not answer a single word and tells to return. Absolutely disgusting !

Nvidea is the maker of the GPU chip while MSI is the manufacturer of the graphics card itself that uses the Nvidea chip. We guarantee the chipset that is listed in the features, not the manufacturer. If we say you are getting a RTX 3050, it could be from ASUS, MSI, GIgabyte, or Zotac. but it will be a RTX 3050.

Terrible experiences troubled by blue screen

I tried different OS (windows 10/11) but the issues still remain. While I'm not sure, it is very likely that there is incompatibility or hardware issue in this PC.

Amazing Budget pc !

Something like framerate depends on the environment the game is playing. Frames are determined a lot of factors such as driver version, heat dissipation, resolution, and more. Framerates for specific games cannot be guaranteed as a result.

Shipping woes

I paid for expedited shipping for my sons birthday and it arrived 5 days later than the expected day. Could have had the exact model for a slightly lower price with free 2 day shipping from a competitor…. This is my first bad Best Buy experience in at least 20 years
