Shipping woes

I paid for expedited shipping for my sons birthday and it arrived 5 days later than the expected day. Could have had the exact model for a slightly lower price with free 2 day shipping from a competitor…. This is my first bad Best Buy experience in at least 20 years

Double charged my bank. No customer support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You have double charged my bank account and I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this god awful mistake you have made. I now have no money in my checking account and no computer in my possession, either as it is due to be picked uo in store on the 26th. I will NEVER order anything from you all again. This has caused me great stress.
