I couldn't decide until a worker talked to me about it. Compared to the other one on the shelf which looked like a stock fan. This particular fan was few extra dollars but for the design and rpm it has was worth it. The blue led is nice and bright, along with this fan can put out some serious air flow. I only put in two and made a huge difference. They aren't very loud, but not the quietest either. Between 1-5 of how loud, I'd say it's a 3. It does come with sound dampening wire but I have yet to try them so could probably be quieter. Love this fan though

Great little cooling fan

Nice little fan. I don't really need the lighted ring around the circle of it, but it makes a nice night light.
