I'd love to give this PC 5 stars, but I can't. I had the Thermaltake reactor 380, and upgraded to this since it was such a fantastic prebuilt. When this one arrived, I gave it a once over, and noticed the GPU was a little crooked, but didn't think much of it. Well, after about 25 GPU crashes, where the fans rev to 100% and I lose display, I looked closer, and the PCIE riser cable is broken where the GPU slots into it. I took the PC back, and the store said they HAD to do a return over a cable, which I can't take the time to do, as I am in college, and can't be without my PC for more than a day. I'm still giving it 2 stars because had the cable not been snapped like a twig (which was probably a shipping error, not Thermaltake's fault), the PC itself is very nice, well put together, and stays incredibly quiet and cool.

This is system is a very capable system . My setup is a 4k inzone m9 144hz monitor and runs every game over 120 max settings at 4k . System is built very carefully and clean cable management is just top notch . System under full load doesn’t get past 50 degrees that’s for the CPU socket and GPU doesn’t go beyond 70 . This is clearly a build that has great cooling and great performance and hasn’t throttled one time . This pc is just a beast !!

Amazing! Pure awesomeness in a very unique tower! Extremely quiet and stays very cool with the open tower design. Comes packed very well. You can also put a tv mound on the back and mount it on your wall, which I would have done if I wasn’t renting.

First of all, very good quality, everything is well assembled and it looks like it was done in detail, the only bad thing is that when the package arrives you have to remove 4 screws that are attached to the PC case and are a pain, The graphics card that comes in the pc is a GeForce RTX™ 4080 16GB VENTUS 3X OC - MSI, at first when I bought it the pc seemed a bit expensive, but when I saw the quality my point of view changed, good product.

Best pc experience ever, if you care about getting the most fps playing on epic and response time. Look no further. They price is reasonable with compare to the other pc on the market but your paying for the premium experience and that alone makes up for it.

This is the only review I have ever written, and let me tell you this is an amazing offer ON PAPER. I went through not one but two of these same models on the first one I swear on my mothers life it was some kind demo model it had a completely different graphics card type then the one on the second model with no RGB lights on the GPU missing big silver plugs that the second one also came with and what looked like a completely different motherboard (the first one even having only 3 color coded sound ports running from the motherboard) and to top that all off what the geek squad at best buy called a demo version of BIOS a GTX 4080 wasnt even running dishonored 2 for more then 10 minutes. The second one even though it looked more put together had the same issue with games after waiting 4 weeks at that point to play a PC I just caved and bought the only 4080 alienware in store I know nothing about building them and just know i wanted a good processor and good graphics card thinking this was the perfect choice when this was in fact an awful way to get introduced into PC gaming I highly HIGHLY recommended you think twice before spending your money on this. I was lucky enough for these issues to happen immediately id hate to think if you didnt buy a protection plan and were out of the warranty period and you had these issues. 0/5 stars

Honestly a great PC. My first ones AI cooler seal broke and the coolant fried my PC. Luckily I purchased the best buy total plan. Took the old one in and they sent me a brand new one again. This PC runs great. If you have animals and or kids, I would reccomend looking at a closed case.

This is a superb computer for 1440p gaming and VR. I frequently get 120fps+ in AAA games with graphics set to Ultra. Using the HP Reverb G2 headset I see around 90fps at max resolution. The NVMe M2 SSD allows for lightning fast boot and load times. The heat sink attached to RTX 4080 is a monster. The GPU manages heat so effectively that the fans rarely even need to turn on. I also believe that the airflow provided by the Thermaltake case helps keep this computer running cool.

Great looking computer, haven't had any issues with it, and runs all my games on max graphics, only possible downside i can think of is the rgb controls for different pieces of the computer require different programs and are kinda annoying

    Wrong GPU and game crashes

So I got this computer in March, so I think that's more than enough time to be able to accurately and fairly write a review for the computer. So, firstly, as soon as I opened the box, I noticed the graphics card (the 4080 with RGB colors) is NOT the same graphics card you will get with the computer. It will be a 4080 card but not exactly the same one, which I thought was pretty odd and false advertising, especially because the cards may be the same in a way, they are also different. And lately, with this computer, every time I'm playing a game, it crashes. Doesn't matter the game. So the new Call of Duty MW3 came out and I've been playing that. My game will crash usually after like around 2 games, sometimes it even crashes every game. Playing the game at 2K resolution and everything on high, I'm getting 250-ish FPS. And it just randomly crashes the game. The computer will also blue screen crash multiple times a day when the game crashes. I've played multiple games, and all games do it. So I dont know if this is a common occurrence with this company's PC or if I just got a lemon. Two out of five stars because at least the case looks pretty.

Arrived without any damage or loose parts. Booted up the first time without issue. It came with an MSI Ventus RTX 4080, 850 watt PSU and what seems to be a cheap motherboard based on the minimal usb ports. Have been using it for a few weeks without issue. The worst part was unpacking it. It was screwed into the box with 4 big bolts that was a major pain in the butt to remove.
