This product comes with a paste chisel (a small plastic knife with an angled blade suitable for spreading the grease). Simply remove the cap from the syringe, squeeze an amount onto your chip, trowel it in an even coat across the top of the chip, then do the same with your heat sink and fasten the two together.

Not really sure on how to rated thermal compound, but my cpu is relatively cool using the stock cooler, so I guess that's good.

Thermaltake - TG-7 0.1-Oz. Thermal Grease is just what I needed to fix my PS3. It was easy to use and did a good job.

Issue with a cooling system, a graphic card. Save 100 or more bucks just applying this on old high performance graphic card.

Most people do not know that the absolute best thermal conducting material known to man is diamond. Better than silver or gold. It is also the electrical insulator. Also diamond is not that expensive, unless it is in jewelry. The product works great and wil be the only option in future computer builds.

I needed to remove/replace some thermal paste while swapping parts around in some HP notebook computers. This paste did the job.

I am not sufficiently versed in the relative merits of thermal compounds to suggest why this one might be better or worse than another. That said, it is working fine in my not-overclocked system, and it was available at the drop of a hat from my local Best Buy.

The price is not bad, does the job but the only down side is its a little watery. Works great though!

My laptop has been running hot for quite some time, I can't remember it being this cool! This thermal grease works wonders!

Had to pull the fan from my laptop and replace the thermal compound on the heat sink. This worked well and was easy to apply.

I was building my own gaming PC and for some odd reason my processor didn't come with thermal grease and I typically order things from Amazon but was very happy to find that I was able to buy this the same day at Best Buy and didnt have to wait. It's good quality too!

Too far to drive anywhere else. Thermaltake paste seems to be working. One brown-out a ways back. Maybe should re-examine.

The grease was dispensed evenly. But I think the old PC, whose main processor I cleaned and regreased, had other issues.

This product works as advertised. Running a Core i7 8700k and no problems transferring heat to heat sink.

Needed to replace paste on ps4 overheating. Worked as it should. Ps4 no longer overheats.

While not quite as good as something like Arctic Silver 5, it keeps temps well within a respectable margin.

If you can't find your go to paste, this isn't bad. It works in a pinch.

As promoted, this paste really does a good job. good product.

Thermaltake's TG-7 is a very good heatsink grease, it worked great when I found my old grease had dried up and my CPU was throttling. Full load temps were 10c cooler than OEM paste after changing and cleaning the heatsink. I really appreciate Best Buy carrying this in stores.

Quality thermal grease, works well, quite a bit of product for the money compared to others I have purchased.
