    not the best but works great to when revamping old PC and Game Consoles, Used on a 12 year old MacBook Pro and it did help some, fans do not kick on as soon. Also used on an original Playstation 3 and again it helped a little but.

    It's not the best thermal paste out there, but for $7, it's hard to beat. Far better than the Insignia paste, for conductivity.

    I had to reseat my i7-965 130W TDP sealed as expected. It came with a nice plastic spreader that worked better than the usual card method.
