Nice and thick, worked well through the major heat wave in Western Washington this summer with temps in the upper 90's. One tube goes a long ways!

Easy and nearly mess-less application

Simply remove the cap from the syringe, squeeze an amount onto your chip, trowel it in an even coat across the top of the chip, then do the same with your heat sink and fasten the two together.

Excellent Processor Heat Sink Lub
