This is a decent power supply. I got it as a replacement for my other 850W, but it wasn't supplying power to my graphics card as the one I had before.

excellent, the rbg is perfect for your pc, perfect

Performs very well. Bought it because of the RGB which is okay considering you don't really see the RGB. For the money it isn't worth the extra just due to the lighting but the Smart power function makes it worth it.

Worked for about a year and then died. My computer would randomly shut off before it happened.

I had one of these that I purchased used on ebay. It worked for a while but my computer started shutting down unexpectedly. I swapped this out and it hasnt happened since.

I am happy with the purchase of this PSU. the connections are easily identifiable and the overall quality of the product is excellent. I have had no issues with anything and am extremely happy with my purchase.

Absolutely fantastic power supply. Packaged very well, lots of cables. Solid, does what it’s supposed to do and looks good doing it. Worth the price that’s for sure!

Very quiet power supply. RGB lights add an extra feature to your build. Very nice push button on the back of the power supply to turn on/off RGB and cycle through RGB colors.

One star removed for having to exchange for no power to 12v rail. Otherwise, this has been a great psu.

Modular PSU permits by design cabling between the PSU and devices to be removed wheras stand psu's do not. Though excess cables may be eliminated using a modular supply the downside is expensive and fatal to your drives and is not talked about. I replaced an order modular PSU with this one and failed to change out one of the cables -my boot dive and backup drives blew out because Thermaltake reverses the +12 and +5 in the PSU SATA Power whereas the Corsair did not. I now have 4 multi TB drives that are toast and their contents on them. I do not know why Intel when they were in the ATX spec business of enabling did not specify the voltages and connect configs to remove this $$$ oversight that many consumers have been stung by. come on PSU community - get with it.

I really want to like this PSU. The first one failed on me after about 1 month of use. Hopefully it's was just a defective unit. I'm almost positive it was because of the smart fan operation mode but I don't have any proof.

Fantastic and very colorful gold standard power supply i would sefinitely reconmend this to everyone.

I upgraded my old 650 watt power supply with this Thermaltake ToughPower Grand RBG 850 watt power supply. It worked great and solved all of the power issues that I was having before. But after 3 weeks the Thermaltake power supply suddenly stopped working entirely. Unfortunately it seems to have also damaged my SSD drive beyond repair when it failed. The store manager was kind enough to refund the item price to a store gift card since it was just past the normal return policy. These power supplies are very difficult to replace and can damage really expensive equipment when they fail. I don't know if I was just unlucky or whether the manufacturer has a quality control problem. I have since switched to a different manufacturer's power supply and will not recommend Thermaltake power supplies going forward.

Wow thermaltake a reliable computer parts manufacturer. I know after using many other brands that for this price I should not receive cables that are not sleeved and what and the heck is with ALL the PCI-E cables connections being red?! WHY? Everything else is black except these cables. Awful design.

A bit pricey, but most power supplies are pretty expensive nowadays. Works as intended in my new build and looks cool too!

Decent power supply. Unfortunately on most cases you won't see the RBG because the fan generally mounts toward the bottom.

Better than "Bronze", not as good as "Platinum", but a Great value for those that don't want "cheap" and aren't rich enough for the very "best".

Has served its purpose without any hitches. Easy install and supplies power as intended.

Top notch and a beautiful add to any pc. Stable and easy to use and as always great power from Corsair
