Bought this as a replacement for our Lenovo Ideacentre PC, as the PSU went out on it. This PSU stays cooler and is quieter than the one it replaced. I can no longer hear this computer when it is on. Was on sale for under $40 when we bought it, outstanding for the price.

I had bought this power supply to upgrade a desktop I had given to me. I had purchased a EVGA GTX 950, so had to update the power supply. The installation was easy and intuitive for a newcomer like myself, and it has been operating with no problems for the last 3 months. Very pleased with this purchase.

My power pack cooling fan was starting to fail. So I replaced it so far it is doing what is suppose to be doing.

I normally don't buy components from this store chain. I needed a power supply fast after hours. I installed it and after about 30 to 40 minutes running, the fan made a loud grinding noise. Not happy that Thermaltake is using cheap fans in their products. I took it back for an exchange. The Geek Squad people gave me a hard time because it didn't happen on their bench right away. I told them to let it get to normal operating temp and it will grind away. They were to impatient to fully test. I won't be buying components from them any longer.

I appreciate Best Buy handling the products that I need at a price that is reasonable and available in stock!

This is your average power supply. Nothing different from other PS's except for one thing: sound! What I mean is, there's hardly any! In my Ubuntu Linux box, I have it running my Plex server. This PS is whisper quiet! The fans from my two Raspberry Pi 3's are louder! I'd totally buy this again!

Client needed a power supply ASAP. Most of the brick and mortar stores only have them online but Best Buy had this in the store less than a mile from client's house. Fair price, and they price matched an online competitor. Cant ask for more than that. Plus, it's a very good power supply for the price.

Power supplies in Acer and other brands are crud and fail often. This is a more than adequate replacement.

I converted this to a bench top power supply. Works great supplies 3.3v, 5v, and 12v no problem.

I think this power supply is efficient as I am able to run the simulator with no problems.

This is a great entry level PSU for the beginner builder, or for a budget build. I have used several of these in builds for clients. I like to pair this with intel processors, and it has the capability to run a 6 pin video card that requires its own power.

I bought this for a client who had a PC with a dead power supply. I replaced it with this one and everything worked perfectly like it should. Their products have always worked for me, so I didn't have any misgivings about using it. I would recommend to anyone!

Cables where a little short for my specific case, but solved with an extender.

It turns on my computer so that is a big plus! Geek Squad technician recommended it.
