    Do not buy. App is juk. Probe failed out of box. Took 12 hours to fully charge probe.

    Didn't work for me. I bought two and they paired up easily enough after charging them up. Put them into a couple of briskets and they worked for about 9 hours before one battery died which was much less then the 24 hour time it said. Since then I can't even get the thermometers to register. I can't reset them. I have gone through the re-pairing of the probe with the booster and it doesn't pair. I can get the boosters to pair back to my phone but can't get the thermometers to work again. I will be trying to return them.

    This probe can not last a cook on the smoker, I have contacted the manufacturer and they swiftly sent me replacements but even the new ones are a complete waste of time. Very unfortunate and frustrating. Chef IQ probe out lasts thermapro every time. Disappointed in this purchase.

    Base booster unit does NOT charge. It says to change battery, etc. That is impossible. Battery is secured at factory. Without base booster unit charged, you cannot use it. Base booster flashes once when plugged in, but never flashes and never charges. It does not matter if you charge on laptop or wall, it will not charge.
