The probe doesn't seem 100% accurate and it's only really good for brisket, low and slow. Leave the probe in and cook for hours

Been trying to get help replacing this. Support from Thermopro has been non existent. Steer clear. Product did not last a year, doesnt even hold a charge.

Worked well for about 6 months. Maybe 7 times of use. Would not connect to iPhone via Bluetooth. Deleted app, reinstalled still will not connect. Tried it on another Bluetooth phone = nothing. Just blinks and never connected. I do not recommend. Purchase a decent old fashioned one where you manually check it.

It works but it’s a little confusing with the various temperature readings.

I bought 2 of these items and with in acweek it would not pair to my phone or ipad. It worked greak for the first week but just stopped pairing. I can see 1 doing this but both. Thos os horrible. Stay away from it.

It worked great up until 12 months, just outside of the 1 year warranty, where the base was no longer recognizing the thermometer.

Battery life is horrible going to return this for the meater

This this is is trash. I have used numerous other thermopro products and this is so far from accurate compared to them. After checking reddit it turns out this product is just not any good. probe stop connecting to the device. useless with out the probe

It seems to be difficult to turn on or off. Directions are not very good. I am not amazed by this product.

The probe is accurate but the bluetooth connection drops if you wall 6 feet away from the probe or the probe box. I wouldn’t recommend

This is a great idea, but this item is useless. Using it for the first time on Thanksgiving double checked after this said it was done yet the indicator had not popped. Discovered the temperature the meat was reading over 20 degrees higher than it actually was. Since there is no way for user calibration to correct the huge discrepancy that makes the entire device worthless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never worked. Never charged. Left it charging for days at a time and still nothing. Worst purchase I’ve ever made from Best Buy.

The bluetooth disconnects frequently. The idea is there but needs tweaking.

Bought two - each worked once. Customer service sent canned responses and eventually just stopped responding. Disappointing.

This thermometer would be better if it also had a digital read on the thermometer itself so if I don’t have my phone on me I can see the temp. It also doesn’t work well when we close the smoker lid fully, it blocks the signal which is the point of having this thermometer.

I have used ThermPro products for the last 8 years. The convenience of pairing with my phone is wonderful. I especially like the range for reception. Plus being able to monitor both meat and ambient temperatures is a plus. T

The internal temp works good the ambient portion Is not to accurate.

I have a TP930 wired, and Purchased this wireless temp probe a few months ago. It Worked ok. The probe wasn't very accurate, and broke within a few months. The probe stopped syncing with the base. Reached out to customer service, and they were no help either, and basically in a position of just buy a new one. Ill stick to my wired probes, as they seem to be more reliable, but just as inaccurate. Stick to the more expensive models i think, as they MIGHT be better. I definitely don't trust anythings temp accuracy at this point. Wired with bluetooth is where I will stay though.
