    While functional, the alarm in the app is earsplitting and will go off not only when the food is done but if you got about 20ft from it, which is highly obnoxious. It's functional but wish it was better

    I really like this device. I formerly had a "Meater" thermometer and this is much better. Has held up well and, most importantly, you can tell if it's charged/charging or not! Way better cost point too.

    The shank of this is thick. Not very practical for most cooking uses. Would be good for a big roast though.
