We purchased this fridge at the end of November 2024 for a kitchen renovation that began in early 2025. We began using the fridge in March 2025. All appliances were stored at the home in a heated garage. Since having the fridge 3 shelves have shattered. One shelf shattered when a plate was moved from another shelf. The two subsequent shelves shattered while the fridge was closed. We do not keep a full fridge so can say that minimal weight was on each shelf. Since the fridge was still under the 1st year and not the extended warranty there was no reimbursement for the 3x we had to clean out items underneath the shelf and discard. Not to mention the time it takes to contact the company and work through customer service every time. This isn't normal for a fridge. I have spoken to people to have had never experienced a single shelf shattering, let alone 3.

This model is an improvement over the previous french door model. In this model, the fridge doors close easier and the six door shelves are deep and can hold a gallon of milk on either side. I have read some reviews about the ice maker, not producing enough ice, but this model seems to make more ice and is quieter then its predecessor.

I love my new fridge. So far it works great. I do not have the ice make hooked up and make ice with trays so I can not say how well the ice make works. I love that there is not a water dispenser on the front door. The fridge looks high end and is nicer than most I have seen

Lots of refrigerator space. Split freezer is nice. Freezer drawers are both quite low to the ground. Recently purchased but so far so good.

I have only had it for a couple weeks but relly like it. Quality refrigerator. Nothing i don't like about it. Perfect

I waited a month to write this review to assure I knew what this fridge is all about. Foremost the size really works for us. The actual height is 69 and a half inches. The fridge has a high-end look and is very quiet. It functions very well and we are very happy with it. The inside compartments are a little flimsy but the function as they should. Overall we feel that we made the right choice after countless hours of research on refrigerators. Best Buy is super easy to work with and the delivery guys did an excellent job setting it up for us.

I ordered a refrigerator in January 2020, but it was not delivered to my home until October 2020. According to what I was informed, the refrigerator had a "TWO YEARS WARRANTY"; however, they failed to inform me that the two years began on the purchase date, not when I received the refrigerator. It took them over ten months to deliver the refrigerator, so I only had one year and two months of warranty. The fridge no longer works since the compressor failed. I tried to file a claim, but they stated it was no longer covered by warranty, despite the fact that I hadn't used the fridge for two years. This is unacceptable; the warranty should begin from the day you received. This is unacceptable; the warranty should begin on the day you received the product, not on the day you purchased it; perhaps they could ship their products faster. . Plus, the customer service was terrible; it took long to speak with someone. I wouldn't recommend any of their merchandise. The saddest aspect is that we (my entire family) used to buy their products, but we will never do so again!

Well built, nice looking. On caveat though, ice maker on the smaller portions, but otherwise great refrigerator.
