Very commercial/professional looking for the price.

Thor oven. I’ve had this oven for 2 years. It’s had to be serviced 3 times for the oven element and twice for the stovetop knobs smoking. The oven failed yet again and Thor doesn’t make the part for it anymore. I now have a useless stove that I’ve actually got to use for less than a year with all the failures and waiting on parts. We have been in contact with Thor and their certified technicians, we have received nothing but the run around. I purchased this stove for the “professional look and supposed quality” I would not recommend this stove or company.

I am really enjoying my Thor 'electric' range! Not only is it great to look at it functions well! I especially like the feel of the knobs when adjusting the level of warmth, each level has a blue light that tells you where you are at. The oven works well, cleans easily. When turning the oven off there is a fan that continues to run to cool down the stove. And a warning light of red at the top surface reminding you the surface is hot...It has made all the difference in my kitchen, I actually decided not to make any cabinet changes I was planning because the THOR did that for me. Very pleased.

I like the looks this range. It fits perfect into my cut out of 29 3/4 inches. I deducted one star for the scratched floors I got by the delivery crew. When I pay for this service. I would expect Best Buy to have a delivery crew that treats your house with respect.

Gorgeous pro-style appliance for half the price! My only complaint is that the glass top is so difficult to clean! I have to remove every little speck with a razor because it sticks like varnish and no amount of glass polish will buff it off! After two years of use, stove top looks worn.

First of all, this is a beautiful oven/range at an "affordable" price comparable to other professional ovens. So far everything is working marvelously for us. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that it took over 3 weeks for them to deliver this to us when the website said we could have it installed in 1 week.

This is a terrible range. I purchased it thinking it was high end...it's not. 2 main problems: 1) The oven's temperature dial is in increments of 50 degrees. A blue LED shines down where you set it but depending on the angle your standing at it changes. No way to set an accurate heat setting. 2) The oven temperature isn't even close to what you set it for. I tested this with multiple temperature gauges and had variances of up to 50 degrees. Same thing when using convection. It doesn't even ding when a temperature setting is hit. I'm returning this range.

My new stove is really nice looking and works great. I have done a lot of baking and cooking on the stove top. I love how it looks also. It has a high end look without the $5000 price tag.

This Range has all the looks maybe not all the bells . The only problem I have had was the original knobs were not installed correctly and the range knob wouldn’t turn off correctly and now waiting for a replacement

This oven looks great and works well. Will be a great addition to your kitchen!

The warranty sevice is not good if you have any issues.. stay away as they don’t support their product.

Great so far... looks great. Fairly basic design and functionality, but solid.

Don't even come close to this range. Terrible product. It was not working from day one. Returned the first order. The second one had a light issue. Returned that one, too. I should learn my lesson but no, I ordered the third one. It was ok for a year, then the front and back burners stopped working. Customer service is horrible jut like the product itself. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
