Thor is one of Marvel's iconic characters in the superhero kingdom and Chris Hemsworth does an excellent job portraying the main character in the movie. The special effects are also spectacular as well.

Nothing to complain about. Movie looks great in 4K, but audio is lacking in bass and oomph.

Thor is a quality movie, but I didn't find it as enjoyable as Iron Man or Captain America. There is still plenty of good action and humor however, plus some really mind-blowing visual effects. Supporting actors Tom Hiddleston and Anthony Hopkins really shine in this one.

Sets up one of the primary MCU characters, provides the needed backstory before putting him on present-day Earth to deal with some of the legendary villains of the Asgardian universe. Well done.

This is a great movie and I was glad to see it on 4K. It was delivered without any issues and very quickly. Overall I am very happy with this product and how Best Buy shipped it to me.

I remember going to the Theater to see this movie for the first time and really enjoying it, but never picked it up once it released in the stores. After watching Infinity War I have been picking up everything to watch it all in order.

I missed out on the Blu-Ray SteelBook, and have been searching for a long time to get a SteelBook version. This 4K version was on sale after Christmas, along with other Marvel films, so I had to purchase it.

Awesome Marvel Comics movie; Chris Helmsworth makes an amazing Thor & Natalie Portman is wonderful in this. True to the comics & action packed! Beautifully shot so it's also a ton of fun just to look at. Without a doubt one of my fave comic book movies!

This is a very enjoyable and underapprciated film, that deserves a lot more love than it got. Is it the best marvel film? No, but it is a worthy title to the franchise.

When I first saw this movie I was totally surprised I liked it, as Thor never seemed like a strong super hero to me. Marvel does a great job of actor casting, story telling, and special effects. And you can't say enough about adding humor to these stories. Glad to have this on Blu-ray and 4 k.

Marvel Studios continues to crank out winners. The story of Thor combines classic mythology in a modern day (current) setting. Not an easy story to tell, but Marvel pulls it off with apparent ease. Bly-Ray audio and visual quality is top notch as well. RECOMMENDED

This is the start of the Thor story in the Marvel Universe! I think for background on the character this is a great film, I really enjoyed the take on Loki and Thor's Brotherhood. If you like Marvel movies you'll enjoy this!

This is one of the funniest Phase 1 Marvel movies. It is a good introduction to one of the more fascinating Marvel characters. The effects are good and the story is fine, but it is definitely not one of the top 5 Marvel films. Hemsworth and Hiddleston have some of the best chemistry in the Marvel universe, however.

Currently rewatching all of the movies in chronological order. The effects in this one are great. The Steelbook is stunning. I’m glad they released all of the ones that weren’t available on 4K Blu-ray.

Excellent movie. A lot of action . The god of thunder and his brother Loki tell a story of the power struggle between two brothers looking to b take the place of their father the kings throne. ... who will be the successor. .. watch the movie and find out. Hahaha

Love the MCU movie saga! Excellent movie with great content and great special effects. Well balanced storylines with perfectly timed comic relief sequences! Glad this is now in 4K!

While not the best Marvel movie, it's a good origin story for Thor. The picture quality on the 4k is good, but the HDR is what makes the bigger improvement for me on the one. What made it worth the upgrade was the great deal Target circle had. Select Marvel steel books were on sale and buy two get one free.

I continued to buy phase one and two movies to catch up on what was going on in the marvel world. I wasn't a huge fan of thor at first but I thought I'd give it a chance since it was the last one I needed before I watched the avengers.

Thor is great movie packed with action and adventure. I previously owned the regular Blu-ray format but when I saw the 3D version on sale at Best Buy I did not hesitate buying another copy. Looks great on 3D. Looking forward to number 3 in the future.

Thor - God of Thunder - What a Great start to bringing him to life on the big screen, Chris Hemsworth is a perfect fit for this role and does a great job. Excellent movie and even better on 4k
