Cool collector's item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thor: The Dark World continues Marvel's string of extremely entertaining universe-building blockbusters. The blu ray's technical presentation is more than solid. Don't forget to sit through the credits for two additional scenes, one of which is important to the overall Marvel tapestry. One of my favorite things about these Marvel blu rays is their inclusion of separate short films as a bonus feature that helps to add flavor to the shared universe these characters are inhabiting. "Hail to the King" functions as a mini-sequel to both Iron Man 2 and 3. Best Buy's exclusive steelbook packaging is just the icing on the cake with artwork that I personally find more appealing than the images used on the regular release. If you're into the Marvel Universe as much as I am, you'll love this release. However, it may be a little confusing to the casual filmgoer.
