Ever since I watched 'The Avengers - Infinity War' I've had a renewed desire to watch all the Marvel Studios movies in chronological order. I definately recommend getting all these movies and rewatching them. There are so many things I missed the first time watching! Don't forget to watch all the credit and wait until the very end!!!

Marvel continues to produce a great series of movies revolving around classic heroes and Thor "The Dark World" adds to that tradition. A great sequel to the original, the story arc is good, has great special effects, a few plot twists, and will be entertaining for the whole family. If you are a comic fan of classic marvel characters don't miss out on this one...you won't be disappointed!

Thor: The Dark World in my opinion was better than the first. Great action sequences and putting the humor in just the right places without over doing it. I would definitely recommend this movie. And to the fact that it came in a Steel book case, it's definitely a bonus to a collector like myself. The one shot movie in the bonus features was a great feature to lead into a new great story

The Marvel Movie Universe continues to expand in leaps and bounds as the second film of Phase 2 concluded late last year. Thor Dark World has much more of what many wanted to see and didn't get in the first installment. It also contains an excellent extra short featuring the off screen introduction of the TRUE Mandarin from Iron Man 3. The Combo pack contains some of the most extensive bonus material I've seen recently. A must buy for any fan of superhero movies.

I like this second installment of Thor. There was some funny banter between the characters and a lot of action; which I love. I think some of the more "emotional" scenes between the characters were not written well. Especially those between Thor and his love interest. Overall the acting was great (especially Loki's) and I cannot wait for the next installment! MORE IDRIS ELBA PLEASE!!!

My teenage sons really enjoyed the movie. We saw the 1st one and enjoyed this just as much. There were many people who complained about this movie bc they said it veered from the origingal storyline. I'm not familiar with the original storyline and I really enjoyed the movie. I've seen all the Avenger type movies over the past years and couldn't wait to add this one to our collection.

This movie is entertaining and worth the purchase. The plot was good, but predictable considering all of the super hero comic book adaptation movies out now... The hero falls, the hero narrowly escapes certain death and saves the world..etc. This is the current trend of the movie experience, so comparing this to the same style movies this one is one of the better products out there.

Listen, it's the movie you saw, on a disc. It's pretty, because it's a Blu-Ray, too. Kat Dennings is snarky and non-traditional, Natalie Portman does what she does, Chris Hemsworth does his thing too. Loki is a douche and you love it. The "Hail to the King" Mandarin/Trevor short is glorious. You're not buying this because you want this movie, you're buying it because it's another piece in your Marvel collection, and you're going to be very happy about this.

Great Sequel . . . picked up right where Thor (The God of Thunder) left off and in line with the other Marvel movies. Hemsworth does another great job as Thor! The story line is exciting, humorous and peppered with some surprises! The graphics are absolutely amazing and the sound effects are thrilling in surround sound home theaters! Definite addition to the Marvel Movies collection!

Free from the shackles that bound the first film, Thor: The Dark World is a brisker, more refined and more satisfying Asgardian adventure bolstered by a sharp, crafty screenplay and another round of first rate performances. Hiddleston steals the show yet again, but Hemsworth is no slouch, adding welcome depth and dimension to a hero who could easily be all too flat. Bring on THOR 3!

While truer to Norse and Marvel themes than the Ragnarok this movie is often overlooked. It looks and sounds great in 4K and is worth adding to any Marvel collection. The included streaming code in the package allows for up to Dolby Vision should you have the necessary hardware at home.

Such an experience to watch in 3D. Would recommend to anyone who loves the marvel movies or enjoys 3D films.

This movie was actually better than the first one. Although some characters are portrayed as about as smart as a box of rocks, the overall story was good. There is usually a teaser bit after the credits with these super hero movies, but this one had 1 half way through and a second one at the end. If the next movie builds on the teasers clips, then it should be as good as this one.

Hello Everyone, If you are a Marvel Movie/Superhero fan, this is a must own. The bluray is everything that we come to expect from bluray released movies. All the same great movie content provided in theaters, plus more. The "All Hail the King" marvel one shot featured in the Extras is fantastic. Instant joy for any movie goer. Recommend: watch "Thor" before this if you have not.

To date I still find Asgard to look the best in this film. Worth it for that alone. Wonderful score too.

Marvel didn't seem to do as much story development for Thor 2, and the villain seems like a 'bad guy of the week' with as much character development as they did. The Dark Elf concept was cool but not executed well, and we have another hint at the Infinity Stones which was probably more subtle than it should have been. Overall, if you don't analyze it too much, just a fun movie. Loki is great as always and Tom Hiddleston makes that character.

Pretty sweet sequel to Thor. Good story and decent acting. Even though I was in disbelief as to how susceptible (basically helpless) Asgard was to attack, the rest of the movie was very entertaining. It was nice to see Thor and Loki working together even though you could see the ending, or a version of it, from a mile off. It is going to be real interesting to see how the handle he next movie. It could go south real fast. Worth a buy on sale.

Boy was this steelbook hard to track down! Was barely able to secure a copy, but glad I have it added to my collection. The Marvel Limited Edition steelbook was definitely the way to go and Best Buy did an awesome quality-control job...no dents, scratches, or dings anywhere. Would love to see more steelbooks like this for sure! The movie was awesome and deserved this treatment!

The only Marvel film I have not seen in theaters, I was never a big Thor fan despite liking the first film, I dislike the character in comics! I'm so sorry I did not see this film in theaters, its still a lot of fun, though not quite on par with the first film! Though they used Natalie Portman more this time around, I still cannot warm up to her character (Odin, I truly understand how you feel!). check it out as "Brothers" Thor and Loki make the film!

Thor returns in this action packed sequel. This movie happens after the event of Marvel's The Avengers. Thor must put together the nine realms and re-establish peace. But there is an evil lurking... The Dark Elves and their plan to turn everything to darkness. I really enjoyed this movie and would recommend it to anyone. The rapport between Thor and his sinister brother, Loki, is really a sight to be seen. The bonus features are really fun as well.
