Great movie for anyone that enjoys Marvel! Like how they piece & intertwine other Marvel movies into each other. You can tell there's going to be a continuation but not sure if it's going to be in the next Thor, Avengers or another characters movie. Always great suspense that makes you want to see what's in store next!!

Thor The Dark World might not be the most popular in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but it is an entertaining film. This version is fun with the 3D experience and makes you feel like you're in the scenes. Loaded with extras and is over all an entertaining experience. Highly Recommend.

Thor 2 stays very close to the Marvel formula, meaning that there are some cliches, but on the whole, this is the best Marvel movie since The Avengers, and one of Marvel's best. Leave your brain at the door and enjoy. Thor 2 is a great popcorn flick. Would definitely recommend to others who enjoy all the Marvel movies.

I'm a major Marvel/Avengers fan as it is, and so of course I really enjoyed this movie! I love the role of Thor and Loki's mother, and I love how Jane and her worked together to fool some pretty hardcore villains. The quality of CGI in this movie did not disappoint; there are many physics-inspired bouts of insanity.

Thor: The Dark World is a fun action movie sprinkled with comedy throughout. If you've seen any Marvel film, then you know the tone will be the same as all the others. Oddly, I enjoyed the middle of the film the best, as that's when it's Jane's turn to be the fish-out-of-water on Asgard, and it also includes the more dramtic parts, inlcuding the relationship between Loki & Thor.

This was a blind buy for me but I was overall happy with the purchase. bestbuy had a exclusive steelbook for this 3D version of the film that was at a great price. Steelbooks are pretty cool to collect and this one looks great. The movie used the 3D effects well and there lots of bonus material to watch. This one may be tough to find in stores but if you find a copy pick one up!

this is a must if you're upgrading your blu ray's to 4k the resolution and HDR color takes this movie to the next level! So the next time you're in Best Buy do yourself a favor and pick up this movie to add to your collection!

Great movie! I just love the Thor movies . I purchased the Blu-ray version and the picture quality and sound were amazing. Especially so, because I watched it on my Samsung 60 inch Slim LED Smart HGTV 1080P 120HZ TV that I recently purchased at Best Buy as well. Everything was great. Felt like I was at the theater.

The Marvel movies just keep getting better and better! This one is no different. Luckily I had already seen it when I picked up the Best Buy exclusive steelbook version, so I wasn't in any hurry to open it/watch it. Then I noticed that apparently it has become quite the collectible so I think I'll keep it unopened.

This movie has everything love action drama special effect that I love and the story was great. But many people don't know stay till the very end there always a surprise at the end of all marvel movie but trust me you want be disappointed with this it's a good movie to sit with family and watch hope you enjoy!!!!!

I thought I already had this in my Collection.... But, only "Watched" it at the Movies! I like to be able to "POP" in a DVD any time I want, The only bad thing about the "FLIX" type accounts.... they only have Certain movies for a short time! I like the IT'S MINE and I can watch anytime I WANT!

Arguably one of the worst of the MCU so far. Not terrible but not good

I'm jazzed that Marvel is making all of these characters come to life! Each of the stories can stand on their own, and it makes it so much better that they are and continue to be so intertwined! There is a total universe approach that Marvel is taking that sends fans right into the atmosphere. Way to go Marvel!

The sequel to the Thor movie is fantastic. There isn't a lot of character building in the second movie, so I would watch the first one. The second Thor movie has a good arc, fantastic acting by Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth. This is a great popcorn movie to just enjoy the action and watch what happens next.

This is a great movie and the Best Buy exclusive steelbook is very nice. The only real issue i have with the steelbook is that there is an extra disc hub where the dvd should have gone, but they decided to only include the blu-rays. The film itself though is definitely worth picking up if you're a Marvel fan and I personally thought it was much better than the first Thor Flm

I enjoy all of the Marvel "Avengers" family of films- particularly "Thor". Chris and Tom do a great job with the "brothers". This film has lots of action and works well in the 3D realm. I look forward to more Thor and Loki adventures; and, I recommend this film highly.

This movie keeps you on your toes. There is action from the beginning as usual for DC movies. I was thinking elves from the Lord of the rings or something but these had a way better look to them. It's movies like this that make me wish for 2 hour long movies. Good 2nd installment, I recommend buying this movie.

If you liked the first movie, you are likely to enjoy this sequel. It brings back many of the same actors and characters from the first movie. Probably some of the best aspects of this movie is the integration of comedy coming from Darcy and Loki... Anyway, all around another good addition to the Marvel saga. It was disappointing that this combo pack did not include a DVD.

its been several years since, they met, the world's have started to meet. Where, you take the wrong step you might. End up, some where different then the doors closed again. To protect the worlds they might protect a dangerous object before its used, before the change happens.

I can't say whether this is better than the first Thor movie but it does have the same amazing quality that most Marvel movies possess. Tom Hiddleston is great as usual, and the Anthony Hopkins still delivers as the Allfather Odin. Malekith portrayed a really tough foe with very strong resolve. I think this film was a good sequel. Lady Sif was looking beautiful as ever : )
