Didn't get to see the movie in the theater, but had to get it when it came out in Blu-ray. Not disappointed at all. Gritty mood in the movie, but it is a story of redemption. Better than the first. Always a fan of the Marvel One-shots as well. Extra meat for future movies to come.

Great marvel film that continues up from the Avengers. Overall a great film however it would have been better for more character development from the antagonist which would make the battles more climatic. Great marvel one shot included as bonus feature featuring the fake Mandarin.

Already a fan of the movie, even more so now after experiencing the blu-ray on my THX plasma. Beautiful picture start to finish. Surround mix was also excellent. I really liked the extra featurette dealing with Thor and Loki's evolving on-screen relationship. Highly recommended !

The steelbook looks great! No scratches or dents. The movie looks beautiful in 4k. I wish there was more extra content though. I'm someone who likes watching the bonus contents that are included with movies. The digital code worked fine.

Best Buy: No damage to disk or steelbook. Movie: This is definitely one of the worst movies in the MCU but there’s no bad movies in the MCU. With the MCU, I only pay extra for the steelbook if the movie is at least an 85%

Thor is back in this follow up to Thor and The Avengers. Great story and the Blu-ray looks and sounds great. All Hail The King extra is almost worth the price of admission alone. Marvel just keeps on knocking it out of the park. A must have to add to your Marvel movie collection!

Thor: The Dark World was a really good movie despite its predictable moments. The character Jane Foster seemed a little more lively compared to her previous installments. The character progressions were all relatively well rounded and the story fits well into the Marvel universe.

Love all the marvel movies, but Thor is tops! Hemsworth brings it every time. Best Buy having these sales on the 4K version of favorite movies is great marketing. I always come back when I see these on sale.

I've been a Marvel Comics fan since my high school days through university and Thor is one of my favorites, with the X-Men's Cyclops as my favorite. I was unable to attend the viewing at the theaters, so was waiting for the DVD to come out. It met my expectations for Marvel Comics movies and was a good follow up to the first Thor movie.

I purchased Thor 2 aka The Dark World, great movie and pretty good sequel to the first Thor movie. Only bummer was i wanted to get the blue/ray, Dvd, digital copy, but only available was blue/ray or just dvd. The Marvel one-shot with the Mandarian was interesting and surprising.

Thor the Dark World returns us to the Marvel Cinematic Universe leading us to a new adventure that sends us to Asgard with a new villain, portrayed by Christopher Eccleston of Doctor Who, along with the returning cast members. Fan will not be disappointed with this latest film.

I picked this up on super sale and already knew the movie was great. The entire Thor series gets better than its predecessor. This one is darker than the other 3 but is definitely a good watch.

Solid film that is a great addition to any Marvel fan's collection. I was fortunate enough to buy this the weekend it came out and take advantage of the sale price. I strongly recommend taking advantage of the limited sale the weekend something comes out to save some extra $$$!

Thor 2 is great movie, well acted and fun. BluRay and 3D are great to watch. Had a slight problem downloading the digital copy, but the support staff were extremely helpful and got everything situated. Great combo pack - the only thing missing is the DVD - perfect otherwise.

This movie met all of my expectations meaning it was predictable with just OK plot and acting. That being said, it offers everything that I purchased it for ... escapist entertainment that offered no intellectual challenges ... it was fun to watch. IMO, the first Thor movie was better, but I would recommend this to fans of the genre.

Romance doesn’t work with Portman but the rest is ok.

Thor: The Dark World picks up right where Thor left off. I never read the comic books, but as a movie, I feel this was a very good sequel. Plus, all the cast from the original returned which rates high in my book. If you want unexpected twists, lots of action and well done visual effects, then I recommend watching Thor: The Dark World

The Thor sequel is full of everything we love about the Marvel movies. Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman and Tom Hiddleston lead a stellar cast in a film that balances all the elements to make a rich, full, action-packed and very funny ride that keeps your attention all the way.

As a fan of the Marvel superheroes, this one definitely lives up to the hype. I see why it was practically sold out. Lots of action scenes, and loved how there were a few surprises along the way. Not as predictable as some may think. Definitely glad I added it to my collection.

I thought this was a great movie. I liked it better than Iron man 3 the story was good with the dark elves and the sibling rivalry for power was even better. I also enjoyed the bonus features such as the mini movie about the Mandarin. Great purchase definitely worth the $20.00.
