IF you are a action and marvel comics fan, you will love this movie. A definite must have and own. The story line explains a lot more about Thor and his relationship with his father and brother. Can't wait for the next movie to come out. It's worth the money.

I love the Thor films. This is one of the better ones. All are wonderful. Each has their own vibe. The steelbook is a great quality piece too. Wonderful transfer, picture, and sound.

This is even better than the first part thor the under world has very good acting very good plot and the 3d is very eye popping it also has a few laughts but the action is non stop it is amazingly done disney did a great job on the characters and the actors.

I did enjoy most of this movie. As the first seemed like just a filler to release The Avengers, this movie seemed a little bit more into the actual story of Thor. But it did feel like there was maybe a few story parts missing. The Blue Ray looked amazing! As a Marvel enthusiast, I would still say its a good buy..

Minimal and predictable plot. Ugly Bad Guy wants to destroy the universe for apparently no other reason but because he's Evil. Good Looking Hero saves the world by smashing everything with his fists, or Hammer. Saves girlfriend who has no real reason for being involved other than she was in the wrong place at the wrong time, an idiom that repeats itself in the film. Oh yeah, there's Loki. Title aside, Hiddleston makes you believe that the film is all about Loki, because it is! Without spoiling it, all the RELEVANT scenes are about Loki. I would have given this film more stars if then ending was about 20 minutes sooner. At the end of the day, it's a Marvel Film. It delivers what you would expect, lightning, explosions, etc.

Thor: The Dark World ends up even better than the 1st Thor! More action, better story, all around better film. I like Steelbooks so I am glad I found this one a couple of weeks after it came out since they were sold out the Wed after. Packaging looks great.

This movie was very entertaining with lots of action and humor throughout, but it was a bit confusing too. Some of the things that were going on weren't explained very well. I still got the idea of what was going on, so maybe that was intentional. This movie was very good, but I still liked the first one better.

I'm a big Marvel fan, and I definitely love Thor, and the fact that both movies in the franchise have a different feel. Loki again stole his screens, putting on a great performance. Good cameo by Captain America too! It was a little slow in the beginning, but came together at the end. Definitely would recommend.

The followup sequel to beats the original. The blu-ray has deep rich color tones and with deep blake that gives this movie a 3D quality. The acting is superb with a exceptional cast of characters. Marvel has something special going on with their franchises.

Always glad that marvel sets up the right cast for charters and this one hit it right out of the park. The gag reel is great and so were most of the features. This is a definite buy for yourself or a gift. especially if you can get a steel book case with it

After seeing the new Thor movie I realized I wanted to go back and watch the rest however I had forgotten I didn't have this one yet. Movie is awesome. Marvel is awesome. The product was in good condition. Need I say more..

The movie was good, but not quite as enjoyable as the first. The Thor franchise has a less subtle sense of humor than the rest of the Marvel Universe. The real draw here is the packaging. A sturdy steelbook case with an action-oriented piece of art on the cover. It's quite the nice addition if you can find it.

Thor 2 is a great movie perfect for the comic book fans and the none comic book fans. The 3d blu ray has two discs the 3d movie on one disc and the 2d version of the movie. A great buy to prepare for captain America 2 the winter solider and the avengers 2.

they had a great cast to play all the characters and did a great job on all the video affects.it was none stop action from start to finish and keep your interest. the plot was great and portrayed to the fullest. one of the best movies of the year, good job

I've been a Marvel and Avenger fan since I was a child. The directors, writers and producers have chosen an incredible selection of actors to portray the characters which blended perfectly. I could watch this movie over and over. The kids also enjoyed it.

One of the set of movies leading up to the first Avengers movie, fits in well with the others and is quite enjoyable. Stands on it's own just fine, or enjoy them all. Be sure in all these Marvel movies to watch for a short scene after the credits.

Of love this movie ever since I saw it in theater, been waiting to own it on Blu-ray so I can see all the extras. The captain America previews really have me psyched, cannot wait to see winter soldier... Another great installment in the Marvel comic series

Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston both give great performances in this sequel. Filled with action, great acting, a good story line and funny little quips throughout, this is one movie you cannot afford to pass up. Phase 2 of Marvel is starting off strong!

Builds on previous marvel movies, and true to form leaves your hanging. But this movie is a bit worse than other marvel endings insofar as it leaves much more than a slight hint at future movies but rather leaves you with the necessity for future movies.

An awesome movie. The story line continued from previous movies, and helped develop the characters. The special effects were great and the acting was fantastic. I loved that they threw in a few funny lines to help break up the tense action packed scenes.
