Lots of mythology in this Thor movie which I very much appreciated. It was also sad. But Thor is my favorite Marvel charter.

I had a lot of fun with this movie, by turning my brain off and letting the pretty visuals and action entertain me. Pure popcorn flick and really nothing else. But it was fun to see the actors again and more of the same isn't always a bad thing.

This new edition to The Marvel series was great. The plot was a lot better than the first one and there was a lot more action in this one as well. It was an overall great addition the the franchise.

best thor movie ever this is one of my favorite marvel superheroes movie i am looking forward seeing the last part of the thor trilogy but this one is the best movie for any marvel fan

Even though Iron Man is my favorite of the Avengers, I like the Thor movies the best as Loki is also a favorite so we always get to see good development of his character in the Thor movies.

This movie is very well done; entertaining, funny, action packed, and a great story. It does a great job of recognizing the existence of the wider Marvel U without sacrificing its standalone quality

I love The Thor character and what he brings to the Avenger series. The characters all have a depth that stands on its own and the synergy of the cast makes every minute of the movie worth watching.

Though the first "Thor" film was a nice introduction, "Thor: The Dark World" is truly the "Thor" movie we've been craving. High adventure in foreign worlds, lots of Shakespearian family drama and more Loki than you can shake a stick at! 4 stars

Good acting and special fx, but the story leaves much to be desired. The story does actually set up nicely for the battle over the infinity gauntlet. Be sure to wait til after the credits roll to see Del Toro as the collector.... Can't wait!!!!!

I thought this one was better then the first because it wasn't a orgin story. others may say its not but it kept me entertained from the time I turned it on until the end.

Another great Marvel Movie. Way better than the last one, which I would mostly recommend people watching to understand the back story of Avengers. This one is worth watching on it's own though, still not as great as Captain America or Iron Man.

Great Thor movie. Lots of action and generally just a fun movie to watch.

This movie was much better than the first Thor, which felt like a Thor and Loki pity party. This movie we see much more of Asgard, more character growth between Loki and Thor, and more Kat Denning.

this is one more good movie put out by marvel. It is a good follow up to the first Thor movie and fits in perfectly with the marvel movies. the only thing wrong with the movie was it ended to soon.

Alan Taylor's experience shows from Game of Thrones. His love for this genre is shown. The cinematography is great, it's shown in all of Marvel's superhero movies. The feel is the same in this movie. It has grey action, humor. It's a fun movie.

Overall Thor: The Dark World is a good addition to the Marvel superhero collection of movies. There was plenty of action and the plot twists were enjoyable. Loki's character is flushed out more in this installment. The Blu Ray had great extras.

Great sequel. Improves and adds more to the MCU. Returning casts members have matured and refined their characters. Not absolutely necessary to watch for Avengers AOU, but definitely not a waste of time if you are a fan of the genre.

If you have the first Thor and liked it you have to get this sequel. Chris Hemsworth is totally believable in the roll as Thor. Bought both in 3D and was very good. Still good even in 2D

Many hate this sequel, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. The main baddie is over the top, but it sets up the Infinity War saga pretty well. Definitely better than the original.

Thor: The Dark World is a very serviceable sequel to a slightly better original. The Blu Ray itself boasts a glorious picture and the 3D presentation was much better than I expected with great depth and nice conservation of color and contrast.
