Michael Jackson Thriller record for my son for nostalgia

We noticed the clear album cover had a rip in it, so it was returned to the store promptly. The customer service agent at our Best Buy store offered apologies and immediately refunded us for the purchase. Quality customer service!!

Looks awesome but skips right out of the sleeve. Also had the same problem with a purple rain picture disc

would been better if had got black vinyl sound not the best But is fair

Love the album, but unfortunately "Beat it," the first track on side B skips. I thought maybe my stylus was old so replaced it with a brand new one. There are no visible scratches on the disk, I'm just afraid it's a poor printing with the picture disc format.

The vinyl looks amazing but it is so badly warped that it effects the quality of sound with pops and crackles and actually skips in one section I am currently trying to flatten it out

Love the album but my copy skipped right out of the package. I Cleaned the album and the needle is brand new with less than 3 hours of play on it. Again I probably just got a bad press or something. Unfortunately I didn't keep my receipt so I'll just keep it in my collection the issue is only with a few songs!

these albums with artwork directly pressed on them suck! they skip like they are scratched. this is the replacement lp and it still skips

It is a brand new album and it was scratched and now I have to return it!

The record skips.. I want sure if I could return it because they might say i must have done something..

If your a big fan of Michael Jackson you would love this lp, for 2 reasons 1 its an actual pictured disc on the first side of the record it has the classic cover of the thriller album and on the other side its a picture of Michael and all the zombies from the thriller music video its an amazing collectors item, and it sounds amazing.

I have always enjoyed the album Thriller and wanted it on LP but did not have the opportunity 25 years ago. I love the 2 pictures on the actual LP. Only thing I would have appreciated would to have been an actual album cover but otherwise everything is great especially the fact that the lyrics are included in the packaging. I do not hold this against Best Buy as I am sure it was the recording studio rather than Best Buy that made the decision of how to package this album.

MJ's greatest album and one of the greatest lp's of all time! Very short album compared to most records, but the quality of the music makes up for it. Clearly and album that you wont need to skip any tracks. Get it if you have a record player and anyone who is a king of pop fan!

I bought this a few days ago and it was shipped to my house. This is a really cool item. I'm not sure if I will play it or just keep it and add to my collection of the records I do not play. It comes in a clear sleeve with a lyric sheet. For the price it is seriously worth it.
