As part of the purchase I was supposed to get a $75 gift card from Best Buy. But they never delivered it. On my purchases page it says the email address can't be confirmed, though they send marketing emails to that address all the time. I've called customer service three times, and have had multiple chats with agents. It's a total scam.

However, it's an electronic gift card and as such, is not free. Have never used it bc I don't understand the concept behind a free (but-not-really-free) gift certificate.

There are certain types of wines i am not able to drink and i prefer sparkling wines. I most likely won't use this offer at all.
