Good pedals, alright wheel

I wish I could return

Every time you spin the wheel the whole thing flips over. Also it’s super sensitive, if I try to drive it just makes the car swerve all over the road.

poor warranty and customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received it as a Christmas gift in 2017 and just before Christmas 2018 the steering wheel pulled extremely left or right. The USA warranty is 1 year while the UK gets 2 years. Since my wife ordered on December 11 that was when the warranty starts and I was 10 days past one year of the order. Thrustmaster refused to replace the steering wheel and offered no other possible solution. I will NEVER buy thrustmaster again

No service from Thrustmaster

A month ago I contacted customer service at Thrustmaster explaining the problem. No reply. I found online many angry customers with the same problem, no service after the sale. If Best Buy offers a warranty with this product, be sure to buy it.
