This is an accessory that PSVR owners really ought to own if you own games like Ace Combat 7, EVE Valkyrie, EndSpace, etc. These games take advantage of this HOTAS and wow does it make a difference! If you can find this at a good sale price at Best Buy (like I did), you gotta buy this, as the experience is not to be missed!

This HOTAS could have been better if it had better quality components, specifically on the throttle. The joystick portion of the controller is great, no complaints. However, the throttle is an issue. While the throttle itself has great button placement, it has practically 0 resistance as you move it up or down. The problem? If you are using this for a flight simulator where it requires precise throttle input (not at 100% at all times....), barely tapping the throttle will cause for it to move on the axis and can completely ruin your flight. For that alone, I ended up returning the controller and picking something else. Maybe for fighter jet games/simulators where you might be able to get away at either 0 or 100 throttle is fine, however, anything in between is definitely a problem.

Why would you want to play Ace Combat with a PlayStation 4 controller when you can play with this thing.

Takes a little getting used to but makes Ace Combat 7 a lot more fun over using the controller

I love the button layout and it feels great to use, but the quality control seems to be lacking. Within about three weeks of owning it with very gentle use, it developed a major jittery drift to the right on the x-axis. Thrustmaster customer support was helpful and is sending me a replacement, fortunately. I'm just hoping the new one manages to last a little bit longer. This would have easily been 4 stars if it kept working. When it worked, it worked well. I was loving it when playing MSFS2020 and Star Wars Squadrons, which made it all the more disappointing when it developed the joystick drift. Also, it is not compatible with Thrustmaster's T.A.R.G.E.T. software, which is kind of baffling. I had to use JoyToKey as a really basic alternative when playing some older PC titles.

My wife finally talked me into getting a HOTAS and she bought me one just like hers and I am loving it so much !!! I would recommend this HOTAS to anyone looking for a good HOTAS set-up!!! It's Wonderful !! I'm able to play my game better now!!! Thank you so much for having this HOTAS Available for my wife to be able to purchase it for me!!!
