My son wanted this for his flight training.. not heard of any complaints

Ordered online and when received the box condition had me slightly concerned that this may be a previously opened item. After plugging this in and testing it in Windows I'm pretty sure it's a returned item. The stick already has some drift in Elite Dangerous, and the Game Controller information in Windows 10 shows that it does not reset to center after moving the stick. It defaults to about 1/4 of the way to the left. This device is getting returned.

Not for those who look for a high-fidelity flight sim

it work grate with war thunder good quality is a most buy for some psvr games

I got this for Ace Combat but have mostly been using for some VR plays and it works great!

Well it works but not very well on PC well at least not while playing xplane 11

Good quality great product, fun to play and easy to use

I use this exclusively with XPlane 11 under Windows 10 on a PC. I decided to try the Thrustmaster after reading reviews and looking at several different ones. This is the best short of a complete foot pedal and flight wheel combination. The detachable throttle control and the numerous programmable on stick buttons make this a very flexible and nimble unit. To use it on the PC, a software download is necessary and installation could not be simpler.

I'm using this with X-Plane v10 on Windows 10. Works great. Program the buttons for what ever you want.

I bought one of these and two of the XBox versions in the last few weeks. All three are failing. They start rolling to the right, then become sluggish on the pitch axis, and finally stop responding along that axis all together. A friend of mine bought his at the same time, and he’s having the same issue. Reading online us uncovered that this is VERY common with the newer release of these. We’ve tried tweaking settings, updating firmware, different games, and the PC utility. All are showing the same thing. Unfortunately, even though there is a year warranty, Thrustmaster support is horrible. They state that it could be 15 days before they even respond! They are blaming COVID, but many accounts are showing that this issue with their service spans long before that. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your money.

Bought this for my husband to use with the Oculus VR games. It works great with that system.

Works really well with elite dangerous. Feels best when you keep it put together.

While this HOTAS 4 (PS4) is nearly identical to the Hotas X (PS3), only one PS4 game appears to be supported as of yet. They removed the "on device" mapping functions that were built into the HOTAS X for PS3. Unlike the HOTAS X, the HOTAS 4 is seen by the PS4 as a flight stick rather than a controller. So if the game doesn't support it... you can't use it. I wanted to use it for Eve Valkyrie VR, but no support yet.
