Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for the release of Star Wars Squadrons, and after 10 hours of gameplay the stick started to drift to the right. I updated the firmware, follow the sensitivity and dead zone suggestions from other people online, and nothing worked. Shortly after that the pitch control went out completely. I’m very careful with my devices, and not rough at all. Manufacture is fully aware of this issue, but it will be at least two weeks, per their automated response, before I get a response to my request for support. There are tons of people online reporting this exact same issue, yet recent online reports are that the manufacturer is making people provide video evidence of the issue and jump through hoops before taking any action.

After that, it drifts hard right for no reason constantly. The drifting makes it impossible to use. Unfortunately i dont have the funds to purchase a new one so im stuck fighting the drifting on a device i purchased just a gew months ago. Very unhappy customer here.

It worked fine at first when it wasn't broken, but it developed a play in the joystick after just 3 days of play! It veers to the right and it doesn't turn left half the time. Do not buy, very poor quality.

No hand on stick results in slow barrel roll. Absolutely rediculous.
