Not plug and play

Bought as gift for husband who fortunately, has the know-how to work through it. Once he got it working, it has been great. Tactile feedback is good, responsiveness is better than older devices. Haven't tried it with Xbox but I assume it's an easier process.

I love to get on the game after a days hard work, wether it be school or something else. Very cool and feels amazing. It cradles your hand and very comfortable! I would highly recommend to everyone I know!!

Amazing addition to my XBox

However, it is a bit complicated and requires developing a skill to operate it in the most efficient way. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Several things on the unit do not function and it is supposed to be plug and play with xbox. No cursor makes it useless. No tech help to resolve for xbox. Works as it should with Ace Combat 7 but that is not what i bought it for.

Another item weve not figured out fully that is not multi system compatible amd must be bought for specific system. We bought this for "Thunder Wars" not all function has been fully figured out but fun to use! The boys love it... We bought one for each system, as we should!

I play flight simulator on my xbox so to anyone else interested in getting this the usb cord is super short (good for pc) not so much for xbox i recommend getting a usb extension

There is a switch on the bottom for switching between xbox and pc. Used this for Star Wars Squadrons and it was awesome (although I did find it much harder than with a controller).
