Work great and you can assign buttons, but I am not that impressed with functionality.

Thankfully, Thrustmaster replaced it under warranty. When it works, it's solid.

The throttle on my first one went out after 2 weeks of not even playing much. I got a replacement and it was broken out of the box, did not work on either of my X boxs. Kind of sad, it had real potential.
