Even though this case is supposedly designed for a 13" Apple MacBook or MacBook Pro , it works great for the Surface 3 Pro. Not only is it very sturdy and well built, but it allows a lot of flexibility for accessories....its actually very roomy.

While the Gauntlet is designed for the MacBook Pro 15.4", my new MackBook Pro 16" fits in albeit a slight bit tight. None-the-less it's fine. I'm confident in the Gauntlet's protection for my MackBook and it holds the power supply plus extra cables, such as for adaptors and my iPhone.

Perfect size for laptop, iPad and a few other items for work. Light and durable. Recommended!

Look , if you want a cute case with maybe some kittens on it , or maybe a vibrant color that screams LOOK AT ME !!! Then maybe this case isn't for you . Bought this for my sons MacBook Air as he regularly carries it to/from school and is often juggling several things at one. Case protects the computer well and has room for cords etc. It is a bit big to stuff in a backpack.

I got this because I don't like the bulk look of most bags even when I'm no carrying much. this hold a lot for the size and always looks slim and sleek when full. Got it for my MacBook Air and fits good and strap holds it down. Plus the hard shell of the case gives me a great deal of security to just throw the back in the back seat without worry.

Spending few dollars on bag doesn't matters if you are getting protection worth more than that.
