So I returned it for a full refund. I received it within 2 days. I was able to return it within store with not problems.

TOO bulky for my daughters Mac

Solid case for those not minding the bulk. No shoulder strap was a big downside, boyfriend got the step up version that is more like a brief case and loves it!
