It offered great protection for the laptop, which is the reason for the 3 stars, however if it were just a bit larger it would be a great bag.

The issue for me was that the should strap is connected each side of the case making it very difficult/impossible to reach back and grab my laptop or iPad with one hand. I have to set the bag down to open it as I can with more traditional bags.

Real shame because I was hoping to buy this to work with both. Also too bulky to fit in my backpack so it defeated the point of having this case if I have to add this bag as an additional carry on when traveling. Design could have been just a little bigger corners were too tight. Last but not least DO NOT close bag with laptop at the same time or u could damage screen with straps getting trapped between the screen and keyboard. I’m also going to state the obvious this bag is way to expensive for its intent and function
