Too small

It offered great protection for the laptop, which is the reason for the 3 stars, however if it were just a bit larger it would be a great bag.

Great look, but

The issue for me was that the should strap is connected each side of the case making it very difficult/impossible to reach back and grab my laptop or iPad with one hand. I have to set the bag down to open it as I can with more traditional bags.

Not Big Enough

It took great effort to zip and would have torn up the zipper with use. We returned it . It is extremely well made. It is just too small.
